Will Airbnb and Vrbo calendars sync without double-booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sync via iCal feeds every hour, and channels pull in parallel — once Airbnb confirms a booking, it lands on Vrbo and Booking.com within the hour, before a guest can double-book. iCal is the source of truth for block ranges, so every channel manager respects the same calendar.

Can I keep my existing cleaner?

Yes — the cleaner roster is yours. Add a cleaner once on the Cleaners tab, set their address, and the Housekeeper agent dispatches them only when they are available. There is no exclusive lock-in: swap cleaners per turnover or flip to manual assignment any time you want full control.

What does it actually cost?

A flat monthly subscription, billed by Stripe — no per-listing surcharge, no per-booking commission. Solo, Pro and Portfolio cap at 1, 3 and 5 listings respectively, and the 30-day refund covers any host who cancels inside the first month. Cancel from the billing tab in two clicks; Stripe bills monthly.

Do I lose control of my listing?

No. You keep ownership of every connected Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com account — iCal URLs are read-only feeds you can rotate or revoke at any time, and Auto-reply drafts guest replies in the inbox for you to edit before sending. Override every nightly price and every cleaner assignment by hand whenever the rule book is wrong.

Is my guest and calendar data safe?

Reservations and guest messages stay in your host accounts — we read them through iCal feeds and official host APIs, never your host password. The technical surface is iCal URLs you can rotate independently of Roomtide, and the commercial floor is the 30-day refund and monthly cancel-anytime billing.
